About Rachael A. Darian, PMHNP-BC I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of experience providing mental health care to adults. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment through secure telepsychiatry throughout Massachusetts. My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care while recognizing that mental health is never just about a diagnosis or a medication. I take time to understand the whole person—including your experiences, relationships, values, circumstances, and goals for treatment. Faith-Informed Psychiatric Care My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and informs the way I practice psychiatry—with compassion, humility, hope, and respect for the dignity of each person. I welcome adults of all faiths and backgrounds, including those who do not identify with a particular faith. If your beliefs, values, or spirituality are important to you, I am comfortable making space for them in our work. For patients who desire it, faith can be thoughtfully incorporated into treatment. For others, our work can remain focused entirely on their individual mental health needs. My goal is not to tell you what you should believe, but to provide excellent psychiatric care in a respectful environment where you can be fully yourself. How I Can Help I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. I also work with individuals navigating difficult life transitions and the emotional impact of experiences such as spiritual abuse, church hurt, or other challenging experiences involving faith. When clinically appropriate, I also work with patients who are interested in thoughtfully reducing or simplifying long-term psychiatric medications.
